1. General
By accessing or purchasing from this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. Glory Box Furniture Mildura (“we”, “us”, “our”) reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or services after changes means you accept the revised terms.
2. Products and Availability
All products shown on our website are subject to availability. While we do our best to ensure product information is accurate, colours, finishes and dimensions may vary slightly from images or descriptions. Prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise.
3. Orders and Payments
Orders are not confirmed until full or partial payment has been received. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Special orders (customised or ordered-in products) require a non-refundable 20% deposit at the time of ordering.
4. Delivery and Pick-Up
We offer free delivery within the Sunraysia region using our internal delivery team. Deliveries outside this area may incur an additional fee and may be handled by a third-party delivery provider.
Pick-up from our Mildura store is available during normal business hours by prior arrangement.
Once delivered or collected, ownership and responsibility for the product pass to the customer.
5. Change of Mind & Cancellations
Change-of-mind refunds are available only on in-stock or floor-stock items, and only prior to delivery.
Once an item has been delivered or collected, no change-of-mind refunds can be accepted.
Special orders cannot be cancelled once placed — the 20% deposit is strictly non-refundable.
6. Faults, Damage & Warranty
We comply with all rights and obligations under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
If a product is faulty or damaged, please contact us promptly. We will first assess and, where possible, arrange a repair or replacement. In some cases, a partial refund or discount may be offered. A full refund will only be provided where repair or replacement is not reasonable or possible.
Damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper cleaning, or normal wear and tear is not covered.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use or inability to use our products or website. Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content, including images, text, and logos, remain the property of Glory Box Furniture Mildura and may not be reproduced without permission.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
