Warranty vs non-warranty repairs
If you bought the item from Glory Box and it's still within its warranty period, we'll help you start the manufacturer or supplier warranty process and guide you through it. Often, yes. We can look at recliner and lift chair mechanisms, motion parts and general repairs regardless of where the item came from, and let you know what's possible before you commit to anything.
My recliner or lift chair has stopped working — can you help?
That's one of the most common things we're asked about. Many faults come down to a handset, motor, cable or mechanism and are often repairable or replaceable.
Can you get replacement parts?
In many cases we can source parts through the original supplier. Having the product name or purchase details makes this much faster.
Do you do reupholstery or antique restoration?
No — we're a furniture store, not a restoration or upholstery workshop. For reupholstery, timber restoration or antique work, ask us and we'll suggest a local specialist.
How much does a repair cost?
It depends entirely on the item and the issue, so we don't quote sight unseen.
