1. Local Delivery (Sunraysia Area)

We offer free local delivery within the Sunraysia region (including Mildura, Irymple, Merbein, Red Cliffs and surrounding areas).
Our internal delivery team will contact you to arrange a delivery day and time that works best for you.

Deliveries are typically made during normal business hours, Monday to Saturday. Please ensure someone is home to accept delivery or let us know if you’d like the item left in a safe place.

If no one is available at the confirmed time and redelivery is required, a fee may apply.


2. Out-of-Area & Interstate Delivery

For areas outside of Sunraysia, delivery may be available at our discretion or by prior arrangement.
We can also assist in arranging third-party freight quotes if you’re located outside our standard delivery area.
Additional costs apply for these services, and pricing will depend on item size, weight and location.

We’ll always confirm costs and timeframes before proceeding with any external delivery.


3. In-Store Pick-Up

You’re welcome to pick up your order from our showroom at:

Pick-up is available during normal trading hours. Please bring your proof of purchase and allow us time to prepare your order — we’ll contact you when it’s ready for collection.


4. Delivery Timing

For in-stock items, delivery is usually arranged within 3–10 business days depending on your location and delivery scheduling.
Special orders or items not in stock will have an estimated arrival timeframe provided at the time of purchase. We’ll contact you once your order is ready to book delivery.


5. Access Requirements

Please ensure there is safe and clear access for delivery. This includes ensuring doorways, hallways and stairways are large enough for the item to fit through.
If a delivery cannot be completed due to access issues, redelivery fees or restocking charges may apply.


6. Delivery Condition & Inspection

Before signing for delivery, please inspect your item(s). If you notice any damage or issues, notify the delivery team immediately or contact us within 48 hours so we can arrange repair or replacement where appropriate.


7. Outsourced Deliveries

While most deliveries are completed by our internal team, we occasionally use trusted third-party carriers when schedules don’t align or when delivering outside of the Sunraysia region.
Third-party delivery costs will be quoted before confirming your order.


8. Delays & Force Majeure

We do our best to meet estimated delivery times, but delays can occur due to supplier availability, freight schedules, or unforeseen circumstances.
We’ll always keep you informed if there are any unexpected delays.
