Manufacturer’s warranty
Most of our furniture is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty against faults in materials and workmanship. Please keep your receipt. If a fault appears, contact us and we’ll help arrange a claim.
Faulty or damaged items
If an item arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us as soon as possible on 03 5023 7711 with your order details and we’ll make it right.
Change of mind

La-Z-Boy & custom orders
La-Z-Boy and custom-ordered furniture is tailored to you in-store. Our team will explain the relevant warranty and order terms at the time of purchase.
